Bowman 1st Job Skills

New skill has been added: Archer Mastery (1st Job) – Learn the basic techniques of an archer. Increases your accuracy, avoidability, shooting range, movement speed and the maximum speed limit.
At master level, Archer Mastery increases your accuracy and avoidability by +225, shooting range by 120, movement speed by +30 and the maximum speed limit to 160.
Master level of Arrow Blow has been decreased from 20 to 15. Damage of Arrow Blow has been increased from 200% to 220%.
Master level of Double Shot has been decreased from 20 to 15. Damage of Double Shot has been increased from 140% to 155%.
Focus (1st Job) has been removed.
Eye of the Amazon (1st Job) has been replaced with Archer Mastery.

New skill has been added: Double Jump (2nd Job) – Double jump in midair to a far distance.

Archer Finally have a Moving skill !

New skill has been added: Physical Training (2nd Job) – Increases your strength and dexterity permanently.
At master level, Physical Training permanently increases your STR and DEX by 30.
Golden Eagle is now a 2nd job skill. It no longer requires summoning rocks to summon the eagle.
At master level, Golden Eagle inflicts 250% damage to a monster with a 90% chance to stun. The eagle will hover 180 seconds around you.
Damage of Iron Arrow has been decreased from 340% to 310%. The damage penalty for multiple monsters has been removed.
Enhanced Basics (2nd Job) has been removed.
Power Knockback (2nd Job) has been removed.

Dragon Pulse is now a 3rd job skill. Master level has been decreased from 30 to 20.
At master level, Dragon Pulse inflicts 295% damage up to 6 monsters.
Master level of Mortal Blow has been decreased from 20 to 15. A HP and MP recovery effect has been added when the monster has been instantly killed.
At master level, Mortal Blow has a 15% chance to instant kill a monster when its HP is below 30%. The instant kill recovers your HP and MP by 5%.
A new effect has been added to Evasion Boost. After you avoid an attack, all your attacks will be critical for 1 second.
Concentration is now a 3rd job skill. Cooldown time has been removed.
At master level, Concentration increases your weapon attack by +20 and decreases the MP you consume by 25% for 180 seconds.
Master level of Puppet has been decreased from 20 to 15. Monsters will attack the Puppet first when it’s summoned. HP of Puppet has been increased from 8,000 to 10,000.
At master level, Puppet is summoned with 10,000 HP and stays on the ground for 60 seconds.
Damage of Ice Shot has been increased from 400% to 480%.
The skill effect has been renewed.

Pretty cool right ?

Master level of Arrow Eruption has been decreased from 30 to 20. The attack speed and range has been significantly changed. Arrow Eruption now attacks a monster three times.
At master level, Arrow Eruption inflicts 148% damage x 3 up to 10 monsters.
Frostprey is now a 3rd job skill. Master level has been decreased from 30 to 20.
At master level, Frostprey inflicts 330% damage up to 4 monsters and is able to freeze monsters for 3 seconds. Frostprey will hover 220 seconds around you.
Master level of Strafe has been decreased from 30 to 20. At master level, Strafe inflicts 180% damage.
Thrust (3rd Job) has been removed.

New skill has been added: Spirit Link: Frostprey (4th Job)- Improves your damage, HP, physical and magic defense. The effect only applies when Freezer is summoned.
At master level, Spirit Link: Frostprey increases your damage by 15%, HP by 40%, physical and magic defense by 30% when Freezer is summoned. Also, your resistance against all statuses will increase by 15%.
New skill has been added: Elite Puppet (4th Job) – You can summon a more powerful puppet. The Elite Puppet can attack on its own and absorb HP.
At master level, Elite Puppet can be summoned for 60 seconds long. It has a HP value of 30,000, it inflicts 350% damage and absorbs 20% of the damage.

Elite Puppet is a Useful skill !

New skill has been added: Illusion Step (4th Job) – For a period of time, increase your dexterity and avoidability.
At master level, Illusion Step increases your DEX by +40 and has a 30% chance to avoid attacks for 240 seconds.

This skill help Archer to Avoid damage !

Sniping now ignores 40% of the monster’s defense.
The skill effect has been renewed.

Marksmanship now ignores 25% of the monster’s defense instead of 20%. A 10% increase of accuracy has been added and the 10% increase of maxHP has been removed.
Damage of Ultimate Strafe has been increased from 225% to 230%.
Damage of Piercing has been increased from 1150% to 1500%. The range and delay has been changed.
At master level, Piercing inflicts 1500% damage up to 6 monsters.
Blind (4th Job) has been removed.

A new effect has been added to Evasion Boost. After you avoid an attack, all your attacks will be critical for 1 second.
Concentration is now a 3rd job skill. Cooldown time has been removed.
At master level, Concentration increases your weapon attack by +20 and decreases the MP you consume by 25% for 180 seconds.
Master level of Puppet has been decreased from 20 to 15. Monsters will attack the Puppet first when it’s summoned. HP of Puppet has been increased from 8,000 to 10,000.
At master level, Puppet is summoned with 10,000 HP and stays on the ground for 60 seconds.

Master level of Arrow Rain has been decreased from 30 to 20. The attack speed and range has been significantly changed. Arrow Rain now attacks a monster three times. At master level, Arrow Rain inflicts 148% damage x 3 up to 10 monsters.
Phoenix is now a 3rd job skill. Master level has been decreased from 30 to 20.
At master level, Phoenix inflicts 360% damage up to 4 monsters with a 95% chance to stun. Phoenix will hover 220 seconds around you.
Master level of Strafe has been decreased from 30 to 20. At master level, Strafe inflicts 180% damage.
Thrust (3rd Job) has been removed.

New skill has been added: Spirit Link: Phoenix (4th Job)- Improve your damage, HP, physical and magic defense. The effect only applies when Phoenix is summoned.
At master level, Spirit Link: Phoenix increases your damage by 15%, HP by 40%, physical and magic defense by 30% when Phoenix is summoned. Also, your resistance against all statuses will increase by 15%.
New skill has been added: Advanced Final Attack (4th Job) – Enhances the success rate and damage of Final Attack.
At master level, Advanced Final Attack has a success rate of 70% and deals 210% damage. It also gives a permanent +20 weapon attack and a 10% increase in accuracy.
New skill has been added: Ultimate Fire Shot (4th Job) – Enhanced version of Fire Shot.
At master level, Ultimate Fire Shot inflicts 600% damage with 140% damage over time for 12 seconds with a time interval of 1 second up to 6 monsters.

Ice Lightning Mage 1st Job Skills

Damage of Energy Bolt has been increased from 280% to 310%
The amount of monsters Magic Claw can attack has been increased from 2 to 3.

Ice Lightning Mage 2nd Job Skills

New skill has been added: High Wisdom (2nd Job)- Increases your INT permanently.
At master level, High Wisdom permanently increases your INT by 40.
Master level of Slow has been decreased from 20 to 10.
Cold Beam now attacks a monster 3 times with 140% damage.
Damage of Thunder Bolt has been increased from 90% to 105%.

Ice Lightning Mage 3rd Job Skills

New skill has been added: Storm Magic(3rd Job) – Instantly kill a monster with a small chance when its HP is below a certain amount of %. Increases the damage when attacking monsters who are affected from damage over time, stun, freeze, darkness or paralysis.
At master level, Storm Magic When the monster’s HP is below 30%, there is a 15% chance to kill a monster instantly. There is a 10% increase in damage when attacking monsters who are affected by damage over time, stun, freeze, darkness or paralysis.
Ice Demon is now a 3rd job skill. Damage over time has been added. The ability of turning monsters ice weak has been removed.
At master level, Ice Demon inflicts 520% damage and 15 seconds of 90% damage over time with a time interval of 1 second up to 6 monsters.

New skill has been added: Arcane Aim (4th Job) – Ignores a certain % of the monster’s defense permanently and increases the damage when attacking a monster continuesly.
At master level, Arcane Aim can ignore 20% of the monster’s defense. If you attack one monster more than 3 times, there is a 50% chance that your damage gets increased by 8%.
The increase in damage can stack up to 5 times.
Big Bang can now attack up to 10 monsters and has a 90% chance of freezing monsters for 5 seconds.
The skill effect of Big Bang has been changed to blue.

Special BigBang for Ice lightning mage !

New skill has been added: Glacial Chain (4th Job) – Use your cold chain to draw monsters towards you and at the same time damaging and freezing them.
At master level, Glacial Chain can attack up to 12 monsters with 450% damage 4 times while ignoring 40% of the monster’s defense and freeze them for 5 seconds long. Glacial Chain also inflicts 15 seconds of 135% damage over time with a time interval of 1 second.
Cooldown time: 5 seconds.

This Skill like Dark chain from Battle mage , but it is more useful !

A stance effect has been added to Infinity.
At master level, Infinity has a 50% chance of stance.
An elemental resistance increase of 40% has been added permanently to Elquines.
Chain Lightning can now attack up to 5 monsters 4 times with 214% damage. There is a 90% chance to stun for 4 seconds long.
An increase of 20% critical rate has been added. And the damage penalty for multiple monsters has been removed.

See nothing much changed but its more powerful !

Magic Composition (3rd Job) has been removed.
Partial Resistance (3rd Job) has been removed.
Mana Reflection (4th Job) has been removed.

Fire Demon is now a 3rd job skill. The ability of turning monsters fire weak has been removed.
At master level, Fire Demon inflicts 540% damage and 15 seconds of 90% damage over time with a time interval of 1 second up to 6 monsters.

New skill has been added: Arcane Aim (4th Job) – Ignores a certain % of the monster’s defense permanently and increases the damage when attacking a monster continuously.
At master level, Arcane Aim can ignore 20% of the monster’s defense. If you attack one monster more than 3 times, there is a 50% chance that your damage gets increased by 8%.
The increase in damage can stack up to 5 times.
New skill has been added: Mist Eruption (4th Job) – Create an explosion surrounding mists and inflict great damage and damage over time to monsters. Other people cannot explode your mists. In addition, Mist Eruptionincreases the damage over time damage from Poison Mist permanently.
At master level, Mist Eruption can explode monsters with 500% damage 5 times while ignoring 40% of the monster’s defense.

Priest Skills

New skill has been added: Holy Magic Shell (3rd Job) – For a period of time, create a magic shield for your party member that absorbs damage.
At master level, Holy Magic Shell can create a magic shield for 20 seconds long which can absorb damage up to 10 times and heals 100% HP of all party members.
Cooldown time: 90 seconds.

Priest got more useful buff skill !

A new skill has been added: Magic Booster (3rd Job) – Use MP to increase your attacking speed for a period of time.
At master level, Magic Booster increases your attacking speed for 200 seconds.
Holy Focus affects all skills now. The critical rate has been decreased from 50% to 40% and magic mastery to 65% has been added.
Holy Symbol now gives the maximum effect when you’re playing alone. Skill duration has been increased from 120 to 180 seconds. MP cost has been increased from 80 to 300 MP.
Shining Ray now attacks 3 times 200% damage up to 6 monsters.
The casting speed has increased and the skill effect has been renewed.

Shining Ray become a Pro skill !

Master level of Doom has been decreased from 20 to 10. It no longer requires a Magic Rock to use the skill.
The success rate has been increased to 90% and a monster now stays 15 seconds transformed instead of 10 seconds.
A cooldown time of 10 seconds has been added.

Bishop Skills

New skill has been added: Arcane Aim (4th Job) – Ignores a certain % of the monster’s defense permanently and increases the damage when attacking a monster continuesly.
At master level, Arcane Aim can ignore 20% of the monster’s defense. If you attack one monster more than 3 times, there is a 50% chance that your damage gets increased by 8%.
The increase in damage can stack up to 5 times.
New skill has been added: Advanced Bless (4th Job) – For a period of time, bless your party members with attack, magic, physical defense, magic defense, accuracy, avoidability, HP, MP and a decrease in MP cost.
At master level, Advanced Bless gives +25 weapon attack and magic, +500 physical and magic defense, +320 accuracy and avoidability and +700 HP and MP and reduces the MP cost by 20% for all party members for 240 seconds.

Big Bang can now attack up to 10 monsters and an increase of 15% critical rate has been added.
An elemental resistance increase of 40% has been added permanently to Bahamut.
A stance effect has been added to Infinity.
At master level, Infinity has a 50% chance of stance.
The cooldown time of Resurrection has been decreased from 30 to 10 minutes.
Angel Ray can now attack up to 5 monsters at all levels with 450% damage 2 times.
The skill effect has also been renewed.

Element Resistance (3rd Job) has been removed.
Summon Dragon (3rd Job) has been removed.
Holy Shield (4th Job) has been removed.

The Enhanced Basics skill is REMOVED. To replace it, there’s a new skill for 2nd job !

Damage increased on Power Strike and Slash Blast. [1st job]
Damage of Power Strike has been increased from 260% to 280%
Damage of Slash Blast has been increased from 180% to 220%

Physical Training (max level 10, no extra SP needed for 2nd job):

Description: Permanently improves strengths and dexterity.
Level 1: STR +3, DEX +3

Ground Smash damage increased from300% to 320% and the amount of enemies it can attack has been increased from 3 to 4.

Resistance to all statuses of Elemental Resistance have been increased from 40% to 50%.
HP threshold of Dragon Roar has been decreased from 15% to 10%. Dragon Roar can be used when you have more than 20% HP.
The Dragon Blood skill changed to Dragon Strength - For a period of time, your strength gets increased.
At master level, Dragon Strength increases your strength by 60 for 200 seconds.
The Dragon Blood skill has been removed. All SP used in this skill will be automatically transferred to Dragon Strength.
The effect from Dragon Wisdom applies to all skills now.
Damage of Dragon Buster has been increased from 170% to 185%.
HP usage of Sacrifice has been decreased from 11% to 5%.

Damage of Monster Magnet has been increased from 200% to 300% and the amount of enemies it can attract does now depend on the skill level.
The increase in attack of Dragon Buster from Dark Force has been removed. Dark Force gives now a 60% increase in damage and +20 speed when your HP is higher than 20%
Beholder’s Revenge can now recover a certain percentage of HP when being hit.

Soul Master Skill Revamp

-Power Strike: Damage % has been increased.
-Slash Blast: Damage % has been increased.
-Soul Blade: Maximum number of enemies it can hit has been reduced to 5. Attack range has also been increased.
-Self-Recovery: “MP Recovery Rate Enhancement” skill has been changed to “Self-Recovery”.
•The effects of Self-Recovery are applied even during battle.

-Panic: Cooldown applied, but maximum enemy targets and damage have been increased.

Wind Breaker Skill Revamp

-Archer Mastery (1st Job Advancement): New skill that increases attack range, movement speed, Accuracy, Avoidability, and increases the maximum movement speed limit.
-Double Jump (2nd Job Advancement): New skill that allows the character to jump forward twice consecutively.
-Storm Spike (2nd Job Advancement): New skill that fires a piercing arrow to the front.
-Concentrate (3rd Job Advancement): New skill that increases Attack Power and decreases MP consumption amount for a set time.
-Dodge (3rd Job Advancement): New skill that permanently increases Avoidability and turns all attacks used within 1 second after dodging into critical attacks.
-Double Shot (1st Job Advancement): Damage has been increased.
-Strafe (2nd Job Advancement): Has been changed into a 2nd Job Advancement skill. Master level has been lowered from 25 to 20.
-Wind Walk (2nd Job Advancement): Master level has been lowered from 20 to 10.
-Puppet (3rd Job Advancement): Master level has been lowered from 20 to 15. When the Puppet is summoned, monsters now always attack the puppet first.
-Arrow Rain (3rd Job Advancement): Attack speed and hit range have been increased. Has been changed into a 3-hit attack skill.
-Focus (1st Job Advancement): Has been removed.
-Storm Break (2nd Job Advancement): Has been removed.
-Thrust (2nd Job Advancement): Has been removed.

From now on boss mob “Dragon Rider” will now drop a new token call “Sky Scale”. Upon receiving the “Sky Scale”, head to NPC Matada at Crimson Sky Dock to exchange for a tablet.

4. [Game Content] Sky High

A new “Sky High” quest will now be available from NPC Maple Administrator, quest can be completed just by visiting NPC Instructor Irvin without fulfilling any requirements. ITS that easy! Find Instructor Irvin located at each continent airport and be rewarded with a Wooden Airplane 3-day Coupon upon completing the quest. By using this Airplane mount skill, it will shorten time taken to travel between each continents and not required to wait for the default airship to depart.

Alternatively, Maplers may wish to purchase an Airplane Mount from NPC Instructor Irvin.

5. [Game Content] Treasure Monster

Monsters that appear on maps that haven’t been killed for a set amount of time will have a chance to evolve into a Treasure Monster. When an treasure monster is been killed, it will drop fantastic rewards.

6. [Game Content] Mini Map Renewal

Icon of NPC shown in the Mini map has been categorized into different colors by it’s function which allow Maplers to identify NPC easier through mini map.

Having issue with your current Mini Map ? fear not, a new system have been implemented which will revert it back to the default Mini Map. Press on the “System” button located at the bottom right of the screen and select on “System Options”. A new “Mini Map mode” button is now available, just by selecting on the “Normal” option the Mini Map will been reverted back to the default Mini Map.

7. [System Event] SP Reset Scroll Giveaway

Starting from 8th February to 6th March 2012, Explorer: Warrior/Magician/Bowman and Knight of Cygnus:Soul Warrior/Flame Wizard/Wind Breaker will receive a FREE SP Reset Scroll upon their login.

Ace of Hearts can be located at Ludibrium

Gather all the essential ingredients as required by Ace of Heart to make a Heart Chocolate which contains a very special spell that works the same way as a safety charm.
With it you won’t lose any EXP when dying in the middle of the battle. It will be used up when you die or goes bad in 3 days. So make sure you put it to good use!

Minimum level requirement for this event is level 8.
Quest is repeatable from NPC Ace of Hearts every 1 hour.

That’s not all! Ace of Hearts is also able to enhance Heart Chocolate into a Chocolate Basket that will extend it’s magical powers for another 5 days! But take note he is only able to enhance Heart Chocolate into a Chocolate Basket ONCE.

11. [System Event] Rainbow Event

(Event Period : 8th February to 26th February 2012)

1. Monday: Bonus EXP when hunting a monster of your choice

2. Hold on to it for 30 minutes without leaving Maple World to receive a Level 1 Evolving Belt.
3. Finish the quest by going back to Gold Richie to receive your next quest, “Dr. Kim’s Advice”.
4. Hold on to the “Mysterious Marble” you received from Dr. Kim for at least 1 hour to receive an “Evolving Belt Upgrade Capsule”.
5. Upgrade the Evolving Belt to the next level with the Evolving Belt Upgrade Capsule.

HSH Guild PVP Trial Run

To bring HeiSerHui another step further, I decided to organize a guild VS guild team PVP match. Where a random guild will be fighting against us!! As this is my first attempt to organize a guild event, a guild team PVP trial match was held last night, as a DEMO TEST.

The trial run was held in Battle Square from 8pm-10pm. I was expecting some of the members to turn up, as promised, but only 5 turned up. The 5 were siewlin(organizer), davidlimxxx, Zelwind, CiarrSnipe, and x3XiaoFatty.

Thus, while we were waiting for Mom04310, we went for a warm-up match in a game of Free-For-All match. We all agreed to go for the FFA Level70++ match since CiarrSnipe level was not high enough.

After the FFA match, Mom04310 log in just in time for the next match. We separated into 2 different groups in order to start the guild PVP team match. And as usual, we went for the Level 70++ team match. This was a challenge for us as most of us are all 4th job attackers, and it limits our usage of skills to only 3rd job skills.

It was a pretty competitive match between our own people, as all are both equally good and skill-full! Some of them took the leadership role to lead and strategize on attacks and defends. Zelwind did a pretty good job on leading the party that we were in!! Good job!!

During the last few rounds, we gathered in one party and gang up on the little lost lambs who entered into the map. It was a pretty fun moment for us! ;D

After a few rounds of Level 70++ team match, we had the Level120 team match, where FrozenChant replaced CiarrSniper. As there were no people joining the Level120 team match, as usual, we seperated into 2 groups again. We had 2 rounds of match.

It was a pretty good match and everyone had fun hitting me to death =.=. As good things always come to an end, everyone went off after the 2nd match at 10.30++.

And thus, this concludes the end of our guild pvp trial run. Thanks to those who had joined this guild run!! I hope that you have enjoyed yourself as much as I do!!

Luminous Guild Formed & 3rd Guild Alliance

A new guild is born!!! Congratulations to the newly formed guild, Luminous created by siewlin, under the full sponsorship of Mom04310. Luminous is under liased with HeiSerHui, due to the high capacity of membership in HeiSerHui. Due to this problem, we are not able to add in new members, "fresh blood" Maplers into the guild. Thus, this guild is formed to add inactive or infrequent HeiSerHui maplers into Luminous.

Luminous, which also means lighting up. Which signifies that no matter how dark a place is, a light is all it takes to repel the darkness. The meaning behind it also means that good(light) will always win over evil(dark).

Congratulations to Mom04310 for being the next HeiSerHui guild master!! Hence, the 2nd guild master in HeiSerHui!!!

2hangfei was the founder of HeiSerHui, dated back in 3rd March 2007. Although 2hangfei has been inactive recently, the guild is still as establish as it is today!! Without him, HeiSerHui would not have been created, and we would not have met the HSH gang!!

Recently, 2hangfei has decided that it is time to put down the position as guild master, as he thinks it is time to think of other important things in life, hence his real life (family, friends, work, etc.). Thus, he has decided to give the opportunity to Mom04310, who has been with HeiSerHui as long as he did, to lead and continue the history and traditions of HeiSerHui.

Looking back, I was wondering how on earth did I spent so much money on these game cards. lol

I realized I was so childish and naive in spending all my pocket money on game cards, but I've learnt my lesson. And, that has made me a better person as I am today.

Hello!!! How is everyone doing? =) Hope everyone is doing fine!!

Just recently, I went for a competition and represented my organization. My team colour was RED!!

Just so it happens, while I was looking through the pictures taken on that day, I suddenly thought about HeiSerHui and the dead blog. lol So, I decided to come back here and blog something. Ahaha... random, I know. But the colour RED reminds me of the significance colour of our guild logo. Hehe :p

This is my 2nd time going for Zakum, with a laptop. The last time I went was year 2008, PriestLau's Zakum Run. That's like ZOMG, 3 years!!
